SunCards may be temporarily deactivated for not tapping on and off each time you ride or for a negative balance. Remember to always tap on and off consistently for each trip taken, only use the SunCard Pass within the zones purchased and keep your SunCard funded. A call to Customer Service at 855-RAIL-411(724-5411) prior to boarding is necessary and can easily resolve any issues.
