Balance protection helps to protect a SunCard in the event that it is lost, damaged or stolen.

How do I enroll? #
  • Cuando registra su SunCard en línea en Rider Web, you are automatically enrolled in balance protection.
Beneficios #
  • Protection from lost, theft, or damage which may occur to your SunCard.
  • You will not be responsible for any use of the card after you have reported it lost or stolen.
What do I do if my SunCard is lost/stolen/damage? #

Simply Contact Customer Service at 1-855-RAIL-411 (1-855-724-5411).

If you have a pass product loaded onto your lost/stolen/damaged SunCard, you need to purchase a replacement card as quickly as possible.
Passes run for consecutive days and any days lost cannot be restored to a SunCard.
