Scout is Seminole County’s on-demand, rideshare service. No fixed routes, no bus stops, no complicated schedules. You choose when and where to go, and a Scout vehicle comes to you.

Scout on-demand, rideshare service is fully ADA-compliant and includes dedicated features to support riders with disabilities and mobility needs. When booking in the Ride Freebee app, you can select the option for a wheelchair-accessible vehicle. This ensures that the right vehicle is dispatched to meet your needs.
Scout Fare
Every trip that starts or ends at a SunRail station will cost just $2 for all riders. Seniors (65+), students, riders with disabilities, and income-eligible residents also receive 50 percent off standard fares, while Access Plus cardholders ride for only $1.
