When you register your SunCard online at Rider Web, you are automatically enrolled in balance protection. Once enrolled, if your card is ever lost, damaged, or stolen, simply contact the Customer Service Center. You will not be responsible for any use of the card after you have reported it lost or stolen. If you have a pass product loaded onto your lost/stolen/damaged SunCard, you will want to purchase a replacement card as quickly as possible, as passes run for consecutive days and any days lost
