How do I transfer a pass product from my Mobile app to a SunCard, or from one (1) SunCard to another SunCard?

Follow these simple steps:

1. Log in to Rider Web at accounts.dev.sunrail.com.
2. Select ‘My Account’ from the upper portion of the screen.
3. Navigate to Tickets and Passes.
4. Choose the fare product to be transferred
5. Select the new SunCard.
6. Select ‘Transfer Product’ to complete the transfer process.
