Getting Started
Before planning your trip, follow these simple tips to determine the best arrival and departure times, select fare, and purchase tickets. SunRail trains run Monday through Friday.

Ensure arrival and departure times work with your show, appointment or event times.
Purchase Fare
SunRail fares are easily available:
Mobile Tickets:
Riders can purchase their fare before your trip through the SunRail Mobile Ticketing App.
SunCards & Paper Tickets:
SunCards and SunRail paper tickets are available the day of travel at any of the 17 SunRail stations.
Activating Mobile Fare
SunRail Mobile Tickets must be activated at the station prior to boarding the train.
SunRail Alerts
Get real-time service notifications delivered to your phone with the SunRail mobile app. Ensure you have enabled notifications.

Comfortable Shoes
Wear shoes you are comfortable walking in for the 5-minute walk from the station to the center.
Bring an Umbrella
Check the weather and bring an umbrella because you never know when it might rain!
Umbrellas are permitted in the theater.
Depart on the Opposite Platform
Board departure train on the opposite platform from which you arrived to return home.
Northbound and Southbound platforms are located across the street from each other.

Local Traffic and Roadways
Be aware of local roads surrounding the perimeter of the stadium, which are closed on match days.
Bags and Purses
Avoid bringing bags of any kind as they are searched upon entry, and cause delays.
Umbrella Restrictions
Do not bring umbrellas as they are not permitted at the stadium.

Sanford provides two reliable methods to travel from the Sanford Station to Downtown Sanford:

Take the Sanford Trolley for FREE to Stop #3 (Sanford Information Center), then walk to the theater.

Orlando Health provides a FREE shuttle for patients and visitors traveling between the station and their destination.
Plan Your Arrival
Call the FREE shuttle service line one stop BEFORE the Orlando Health/Amtrak Station to ensure it is waiting at the station when you arrive.
